I've done a posts like this, but it's been a very long time since I've last done one. One thing that I loved the most about reading blogs were the photographs. I'm not gonna go crazy into why I love photography because I don't think that's even possible, but I want to share with you one of my all time favourite photographer: Steve McCurry.
Most of you know who he is, maybe not by name, but you know his famous photograph 'Afghan Girl'. I stumbled across his name sat year when I used to do photography as an A level, and my theme was 'storytelling'. When I saw his work, I knew this was the guy, this was my muse.
Captivating, is not even the word to describe the photos that he takes. His work is absolutely rich and unique, anyone would know that it's his work- it has his name written all over it. I'm honestly always speechless when it comes to describing his work.
The people and the places that he captures are very real, and I mean that as it jumps right off the screen and makes you feel as if you are with these people or in that place that is in the photo.
It's all very 3D and vibrant which I think is his trademark: He loves colour. That's what bring the image to life, because they are so rich and vivid. I swear seeing his photos increases my serotonin levels to the max (lol what?!)

The quality of his pictures are not the only thing that I'm in love with, but the places and the places that the people he takes comes from. It's made me want to travel so so bad.
Check him out when you can!
